Kobe's jersey number was Twenty-Four his Daughters jersey number was Two. 24+2=26. They died on January 26th. Kobe's last game was on 4/13/2016. 4+13+2+1+6=26. He was drafted 13th his Daughter Gigi was 13yrs old. 13+13=26. Kobe was 41 when he died. In Kobe's last game he subbed out with 4.1 seconds left on the game clock. The helicopter he died in took off at 9:06am and it crashed at 9:47am. The helicopter was only in the air for 41 minutes. I was on business travel once, and decided that instead of sleeping on hotel and taking the first flight home, I was gonna make my wife a surprise and take the late night flight so I could get home early to wake her up and help with the kids. I got home around 6am. Kobe was already there, all sweaty and with ice on his knees coming out of the shower, and I said "Kobe?!
