Beautiful tribute. KG is a trip. The day Kobe died I had been watching his defensive highlights before my adult league game. When I got to the gym, we met at half court and prayed together and gave respect to Kobe and his daughter. It was a gym full of grown men, 35+ crying like children. It's weird to say you felt like you knew someone you'd never met but Kobe was like that. I remember when he came out of high school and followed his entire career. I even played against T-Mac in high school when he was with Mount Zion. Kobe and T-Mac were like brothers is how I viewed them. Big bro/Little bro. RIP Kobe.
