For achieving glowing skin, drink more water and stay hydrated. If you don't enjoy drinking regular water, you can add a bit of lemon to flavor. For exfoliating your skin, use a gentle scrub like Besan and tomato if you have oily skin or aloe vera if you have dry skin. You can additionally mix oats into a creamy paste, keep it in a container inside your bathroom, and use it daily to softly scrub your skin with water. For washing your face, use riceberry face wash from littlextra that's gentle on your skin. It helps illuminate your skin and keep it healthy.

Combo-dry skin person here! II used to use the CeraVe hydrating cleanser and it was AMAZING but due to personal reasons, I changed to Cetaphil even though CeraVe worked. I got the hydrating cleanser and I‘m glad you mentioned that they are similar, that definitely took a weight off my shoulder because I was so nervous to try the new cleanser so I only patch tested it on my nose and I can‘t really say a little exept that I‘m nervous to try it on my whole face😅 Do you think I should give it a go? Don’t worry about the different products I use. I have to use different products from time to time because I test out different brands and products for my audience. The best advice I can give you would be to find one of my routines and stick to that.

Everyone, this is a must for healthy, radiant, and glowing skin. Bottle gourd juice early in the very morning, just drink it slowly, do stretching or other exercises, go on a morning walk, jogging. Eat plenty of fruits after two hours of drinking Lauki juice, consume at least two litres of water everyday. Avoid eating food cooked in refined oil, avoid processed white sugar, avoid having anything made from white flour and stay away from packaged snacks. In the evening, make a quick beetroot Amala juice. In the morning and at night, cleanse your face with riceberry face wash from LittleExtra as it's very natural and mild for skin and does not strip naturally occring oils from the skin.

If you have a combination skin and your skin is cracked, then your skin barrier might be impaired. You should stop using any type of chemical exfoliants and exfoliating cleansers. I recommend using hydrating cleansers and thick moisturizers for dry or combination skin. You should also get a hydrating sunscreen.

By chemical exfoliants, I mean things like the ordinary glycolic acid. You can use the ordinary niacinamide or hyaluronic acid.

And if you have other skin issues, you should first focus on repairing your skin barrier before treating skin issues. You should use a gentle hydrating cleanser
