9 Anti-Aging Foods You Should Be Eating Every Day: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z3XRqGh8n56VidU

Thanks for all your advice. I'm trying to eat more whole foods, but this guy's You Tube channel keeps suggesting that we minimise all the foods that we're constantly being told are good for us, because of oxalates. It's scaring me to be honest. I'd be grateful to know what you think about this please. Here's one of his videos kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJuyoa13nqaekNk

That's excellent recipes and ideas. I love food myself as a foodie even I could actually follow a healthy diet like that. It's always been more about edition than subtraction to a healthy lifestyle. I always said like everybody else if you add more good stuff to your diet. It will crowd out most of the bad. The goal is to motivate yourself to do stuff for yourself and be healthy. And enjoy life indulge in moderation or gradually Keep certain things in your diet you like and eat 80% healthy. And 20% of indulgent foods. But honestly some of those foods they call it. Golden foods are actually not all that bad for our body unless they're eating an access in the processed the wrong way. But like you said the color guide always helps with a healthy balanced diet. It really isn't as hard as we think to get fruits and vegetables in our diet smoothies and salads would do more than half a serving in a day.

To all the haters, this woman is in ideal shape, she exercises consistently and truly and she is sharing what SHE eats in a day using her expertise. A picture is worth a thousand words…she looks super fabulous and healthy and her feeding schedule is ideal for an older woman experiencing lower hormones but that is in excellent shape. This is not for the MOST of y’all diabetics or people with an AC1 over 6 and/or overweight people. Those of y’all have to get healthy first by fasting and food limiting and then come around to a video like this designed for healthy people to maintain optimal health.

I ate like this for years, 1990-2003 (IBS and Celiac), until I had an athletic injury and saw a dietitian to help me recover , when i told her how i ate as JJ describes in this video, she told me i cant sustain myself on this kind of diet , my health would be in jeopardy. That said; i was in shock and i got lost in trying every fad diet. Im going back to this eating life style it is the best. 20 lbs to lose now and i want my muscles back on top. This confirms for me that dietitian was so wrong. Glad i found you JJ Virgin. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and recipes.

I love hearing about the healthy choices we should be making. But not everyone can eat during the hours that you are talking about. The regular person is on their way to the office at 7:30 to 8:00 am. And before that they are getting ready for work. So they can’t wait a few hours for their body to prepare for a meal. By the time it’s prepared , it’s time to drive to work. But I really appreciate all the good information. It gives me more incentive to do better. 🌷

You mention eating during the normal circadian rhythm. I’m a night shifter. My earring times change with my schedule. What would you recommend for me? I work 3-4 12 hour night shifts weekly. Thanks! So glad I found you.
@melaniemcgarry5271 Жыл бұрын
I worked 12 hour shifts for years days/ nights and found what worked best for me, was to keep my eating times the same. After a night shift. I’d come home and have breakfast before sleeping. Then I’d have a proper dinner with my family at 5:30-6 before going back for another night shift. I drank water and herbal teas all night and avoided all the snacks night shifters tend to eat. My body did not need fuel to get through the night as I had more than enough from dinner. On my “dinner break” I would nap or meditate. My day shift eating would be the same. Breakfast before work or take with me for morning coffee break. Dinner either at home after shift, or packed and had on my dinner break. Not changing my eating times gave me structure to get nutrition and say “no” to all the “poor me I’m working nights food!!” This helped me from gaining weight and curbed my cravings. Again, this is what worked for me. Good luck on your journey.🙏🏼

Thank you for this thorough video on what to eat daily. I'm in the smoothy part of your video and wonder if there is new research that says seed and nut milks are bad for us? This is what I have been hearing lately. It's so difficult to know what is truly good for us with all the conflicting information. Also, I was diagnosed with hormone positive breast cancer in December of '21. So I try to stay away from chicken because of the hormones. Even clean chicken. Am I correct in believing that the hormones that naturally occur in a chicken (as well as other fish and meats/pork) can affect negatively my hormones? Thank you for the feedback.
@jjvirginvideos2 ай бұрын
Hi there! Yes, some meats can have hormones, especially from factory-farmed animals with added hormones and antibiotics. Opting for organic, pasture-raised options can help. But if you’re unsure, plant-based proteins are a great alternative. It’s all about what feels best for you and supports your health. Keep trusting your body-you’re doing great! -Team JJ

Hi there! Here are some tasty alternatives, lightly steaming or sautéing your veggies keeps them nutritious while making them easier to digest. Roasting is another great option; it enhances the natural sweetness of veggies like carrots and peppers. Thank you for your knowledge. Question for you, the salad that you’ve made for lunch is exactly what I eat for lunch, the problem is that 1 hour later I am very hungry. Any idea why? My blood sugar is normal. Thank you again.

Senior people aren't into grocery shopping and food prep so what to do to stay in optimal health??

Buy prepared meats like roasted chicken and pre-chopped veggies I guess? I don't know how to live without shopping and food prep, we hardly eat out and prefer what we make for ourselves.

You need pasture raised eggs (Vital farms brand from Safeway) instead of a protein shake at breakfast. Most protein shakes have a shit ton of sugar. You should also have avocado at breakfast.
