I film with my IPhone it always seems to pic up flash from all my breaks. I was filming in cinematic mode where it blurs the background. Not sure if that intensified it.

The zeno mount solved the issue of removing a muzzle device with the can by reverse threading. Unscrewing the suppressor tightens the device on the barrel. Why everyone doesn’t do this is beyond me.
