Here is a new video to share.
Training to keep fit;)
Here I show you only one series.
Then it's up to you to do this workout training several times.
(3 séries, 5 series ... depending on your abilities. Maybe more..)
You can adapt the duration of the exercises (here 25 seconds) 30 seconds, 40 seconds or 1mn ...
15 to 20 seconds of pose between each exercise and 30 seconds max between each series.
7 exercises:
1- PUMPS
2- SQUATS with MAE-GERI
3- ABS CRUNCHES
4- PLANK with HIKITE
5- FORWARD FLEX with KIZAMI and GYAKU-ZUKI
6- REAR FLEX with MAE-GERI and GYAKU-ZUKI
7- BURPEES with 2x MAE-GERI
