My 2nd Dan Kata. Due to right knee skydiving injury. Had to stop. New knee in 2020. Benn doing a Kata a month since. Starting with Heian Series. To Basai Dai. This month. Kanku Dai. Will finish the year with Kanku Dai. My 1ST DAN KATA.

Beautiful Kata.Karate Kid. Crane on a Rock. (STUMP). One of my favorite. But havnt train on it. Due to bad right knee. Why when I got my knee replaced. I started out with Tekki Shodan. My lower body strength was like 60%.weak. Had to learn to walk again. Thank my Heavenly Father for Shotokan.
