Great defenses! Good to integrate with some ITF TKD :) (I'd like to note that some of them are already present, especially the Jiu Jitsu ones as TKD shares a lot with Karate which in turn shares some stuff with Jiu Jitsu). Thanks for sharing! Looking forward for more videos!

no enemy graps the victim arm or wrist and say hi. is not a stand off. there nothing physical about that. it does okay in a clinch struggle. the only people that walks up to you to get hold of you wrist are cops to handcuff you. that another problem with hands trapping.

i hate that stupid hand grab it never happens..if u siiting there and waiting for someone to grab your wrist. But u can easily apply all those moves when u get close enough straight from elbow locks
