The descripton of the Soul of manus includes the term "lukewarm." This is (probably) the hint that it can be traded with the crow, as most other tradable items either have descriptions that indicate the item is either warm or soft, or can be infered as warm or soft from appearances or names.

I think from now on, you should make an exception for Priscilla and use the force miracle to break her out of invisibility. The logic being that if you're allowed to use Power Within, which is a non damaging pyromancy, you should be allowed to use one non damaging miracle.

The reason RTSR is so strong is ds1 is not only its 50% damage boost, but in exactly how that damage is boosted. RTSR increases your motion value, AKA your attack before defence is calculated. Defence in DS1 works in that, the higher your motion value (aka your 'damage' on the stat screen), the less effective defence is. So, as you increase your motion value, more of your damage 'cuts through' the enemy's defense. This also works inversly, where if you lower your damage, you're increasing the effectiveness of your opponent's defense. So, what this means, is that you take an enemy with high magic defence, activate rtsr, and now that high defence is less effective, meaning you increaswle your damage by much more than 50% The later entries changes this to be a 20% boost in damage, not motion value, so you deal as much damage as you expect you would deal with the boost

manus's soul is warm because it collects a fragment of the first flame not so big as to burn and scald the world but strong enough to give life so it is the perfect object to give to the crow I think this is also the implication/sense from a lore point of view

I remember when the DLC came out. I didn't have it for the first 2-3months but I was doing a lot of casul PvP in Darkroot. It was ALL Dark Bead and Gold Tracers. But I finally invaded a guy with Pursuers after maybe a week after AotA came out, tried rolling through it and got one-shot. I was sure the guy was hacking like those who curse/egghead you 😂😂
