The jinah caped person tells half question regarding Bemina as village. Village is used as Revenue Termonlogy. If we go through this way it is Bemina Barthana not Bemina, otherwise it was payday land and converted in residential colony. However every kind of transport is available, we can use, Bus, Sumo, Own Car, Reksha, Scotor, Cycle Raida, Tanga even we will be reach by foot. Sir, please establish some standard and quality wise in such type of interview or mock test. Ask the candidates to make dress code as they are going to become decision makers and beurocrates. Try to establish good quality of language and Municipal quality.

Haan bhai when you become the DM of some district and then move onto bigger positions, then no ones gonna expect you to handle business in local languages. And its just a means of communication, that individual mustve been speaking the local language since childhood so that wont be an issue but being able to handle pressure of questions plus being able to confidently answer in an other language shows presence of mind.
