UPDATE: I bought these to try for myself and the sidetone on these actually works great. You must not have downloaded the app and turned it on. It's off by default , but you can turn it on in the app and you also have control of the volume of the sidetone. Really enjoying this headset. 🔥 ORIGINAL POST: Thanks for the review. I almost bought these, but no sidetone is a deal breaker. Keep up the good work.

I agree. The only headset I found that has ANC with sidetone are the EPOS headsets

Hi there, I have tried to contact support numerous times on my headset ANC not working. I have troubleshooted many times and customers can still hear everything I do in the background, even my typing. Can someone please help me ASAP? My job depend on customer service!

If not, you’ll want to keep trying to contact JLab or the seller you ordered from for tech support. Another thing you could consider is trying neep.com noise canceling software to see if that gives a better performance.

Just picked up mine over the weekend and I quite like them working remote. I am thankfully in an area where I don't need sidetone like I did when I was in the office. The mic quality is a major improvement from my Logitech Vibe 125. I'm using them on a single device and thankfully working in a mostly outbound call scenario, I'm not in dire need of the integrations like others may. It also helped I got them 20% off on Amazon. Do I think its better than the Jabras or Yealinks I used in a previous setting? No, but I don't feel like I'm longing for them either, especially with the lower cost since I'm not expensing or ordering from enterprise. I think it best serves remote workers more than a traditional office worker if you value being able to hear yourself on calls and don't have too much distracting you in your home office
