I live in the Lehigh valley and I found this little piece of heaven after work and by far it's my favorite pho and Thai spot. I've had almost everything you ate except the drunken noodle. Thank you for putting Bethlehem on the map. It keeps growing and diversifying. Many blessings.

pho bowl is sooo slept on, they're so solid, their customer service the home feeling, their pho is beautiful, everything they make is super solid... never misses. theyre clean, they're fun, quick, friendly. You're waitress is so fun, spicy, and just real. I love how "homey" they feel. My go to is always the Pad se Ew, House special Pho, or their bahn mi... 8.9 /10 at all times.

You should ask for the sprouts to be blanched before serving; I find that helps with the rawness & excess water and it also keeps them from cooling down the broth too quickly.

Next time you're in the valley I recommend going to Easton. Downtown has a thriving restaurant scene. Probably make a good pizza video since you can have the classic Colonial Pizza "upside down pie, Sette Luna's wood fired and/or Stoke's coal fired pizza. So many other options for food!

If you love drunken noodles, you've got to try this place. It's in the restaurant main drag area of West Reading. Penn Ave. It's called Spoonful Thai Bistro. Family run, no frills place. The BEST and spiciest flat noodles I've ever had! If you're ever in the area, check them out. They are the real deal.

Top notch Pho all over Colorado. It’s why Mikey Chen moved to Denver. If you ever in town definitely check out the Pho. Large Vietnamese population. Chen still has a house in Denver. He lives in Singapore now.
