Hi I bought the flashlogic ch5 for my jeep it woked good for 2 weeks then my starter went bad so I diconected the battery to replace the starter now it wont work I bought the cable to reflash it ,but still wont work I tried the regular programing by opening the door and the key ,but nothing is there a way to rest the module and start from zero???

Hey there. I'm hoping you may be able to help me out. I'm seriously struggling! I have a compustar alca and a drone mobile x1-max and putting it in a 2015 ram 2500. First when programming I don't get the option to use both rf AND drone mobile, but I know you can be asue my Jeep is setup that way. Second, I set it up as RF and programmed the remote and it locks but won't start. I'm getting a tach sensing error. I started and held the brake and hit the remote start on the button and the light flashes, bit it still won't start. I've done the process 10 times with the same results. I tried programming without rf and only the drone, but it gets me nowhere either. Any ideas?

know how do you reprogram an idatalink ADS-ALCA in the car to make it not shut the car down when door opens?

You need the programming cable. remove from vehicle and re-flash with new parameters, just note that some vehicles will still shut down after a door is opened due to the RAP wire, its a security issue, car starts and then someone can steal the vehicle. Thanks for watching

Man what’s up with that password tho got a flash logic updater and XKloader2 but can’t use them after all cuz ig they said u can lie but it says they will come out to ur shop to talk to u but I’ve done plenty installs not stupid just want to be able to program these damn modules and for my own truck

with flash logic all you need to do is create an account.(its free) for the xkloader you need a subscription. 2000$ every quater(it was not like this when i made the video.

Hey dude, install guide have it's own wiring diagram. I connected all the wires in that specific diagram and nothing else. I have continuous fast red blinks whenever i turn my ignition to on so i can prepare it for extended programming. Any clues/ideas why it's in that my mode/state? FYI: i have flashed the blade al via vehicle specific.

did you install in dbi(highly suggested) or hard wired, and also did you program the module for your vehicle

Yes.. It is mandatory to flash the module for the immo system on a 2009 versa.

Can you use omegalink cable with idatalink modules or flashlogic modules? Are the USB cables universal between these 3 brands?

To be honest I have never tried it.. idtalink/omegalink/ and flashlogic are all made from the same company, now if they use all the same programming protocols, I don't know. I used I Datalink and idata start and compustar. And I use the same programming cable for each.. I would like to think that you can use it since I don't think that the would want to pay for their own private programming protocols.

Can I update the firmware while the blade is installed in the car or do I have to unplug everything and remove it first then connect to a pc?

Just remove power connector(dBi wire) and you can up date

Module has reached its key cloning limit any idea how to solve this?

This is the first time i have ever heard of that error.. I would suggest completely resetting the module to factory settings and reinstalling all firmware, then perform the klon programming again. If that does not work you can call idatalinks customer support. If they are unable or unwilling to help message me back.
