First time watching your reaction, mainly because of Dimash ❤ I'm enjoying your reaction because you're one of the first reactors that actually knows Chante Moore, and your commentary with vocal examples to Dimash's vocal choices are, actually, quite interesting. This was a great duet! Chante was a contestant on the 2024 Singer competition in China and Dimash was partnered with her. Great choice because she's a powerhouse and matched Dimash, both with vocals and stage presence....not to mention their excellent stage chemistry making for a song/duet that was just "fire." 🔥 Thanks for your reaction... subscribed, too. 👍♥️😊

In this presentation, back to "The Singer" (I'm a Singer 2024), Dimash participates as a guest and Chanté Moore competes for the award. In this context, we see (just as it was with "You Raise Me Up" with the children, in China) a more restrained Dimash and serving as a "ladder" for Chanté's brilliant performance. It's a shame they didn't win this duet and it's a shame Chanté didn't advance in the program, after her other performances! time: Chanté Moore is already an experienced singer: Born in 1967 (57 years old) and maintains an impressive youthfulness! Chanté has over 30 years of experience singing R&B! A behind-the-scenes curiosity: The choice of which guest will sing with the participant is made in the program by the production team. Dimash, considered a Chinese "adopted" by the program, was selected for Chanté Moore (one of the criteria was to place the participant with a guest Chinese artist) and they had to agree on the song to be sung. Dimash asked Chanté which song she preferred to do and she replied that Loose Control was in her proposals to be presented during the program... Dimash said that was ok and that she would take the spotlight, while he would do the harmonization! It was excellent, even though the duo didn't win!

Dimash was definitely less extreme like singing 5 octaves in one song and belting with runs for 20 something seconds. I don’t know why, it is not popular, but one of my favourite performances is the jasmine flower

Is this your first time hearing Dimash, or just the first video you decided to make on him? Either way it'd be nice if you checked out some more of his stuff, this performance is more about Chanté(since she's the contestant), so we don't get to see much of what he can actually do. Not the usual starting point for a look at Dimash. Chante Moore was a contestant on this show, and was allowed to have a duet partner on one song, so I don't think there was much rehearsal, and this isn't the type of music Dimash is known for. Try the French song "S.O.S....", from the same show back in 2017, when he was a contestant, which started his international fame, or "S.O.S...." from the Slavic Bazaar in 2018 (which has Eng.subs). Also from 2018 is "Sinful Passion" - the one that says "no glitch". Then there is the more recent "Stranger".

I'm not sure that he was completely satisfied with his performance, based on their exchange as the walked off the stage. I think I heard 'sorry', but I can't be sure. He always looks for improvement, but I got the impression he really wanted this to be better. He did seem to enjoy it though. Heeven laughed during the performance, which is very unusual. I think he couldn't help himself because she gave him a very naughty, playful look.

Loved this duet but please get to know Dimash. I suggest Stranger from New Wave 2021 which is like a game of thrones film score and also in English, or S O S from his digital show which is in French and his signature song. Dimash sings in many genres opera to rap, in fourteen languages and seven octaves, Plays various instruments, and is very much the humanitarian.
