Jax! Dude! That's mega! Being a dad changed everything for me, my first was a premmie, I didnt get to hold her until a week later and that felt like torture. I cannot imagine the internal pain you and your partner felt during all of that but it's wonderful to hear that Dexter is smashing it in life, just like his parents! Onwards and upwards mate and much love to you and your family.

Great video man, really well done. 👍 Didn't expect to watch to the end, but you hooked me in the first minute. Well done to Nat and yourself for pushing through the hard times and changing your lives for the betterment of your family, inspiring stuff. Glad it sounds like Dexter has a better time of things these days. Congratulations again on the new bub, hopefully you don't have to worry so much this time around, and can focus on watching her, (and Dex!), grow and learn, the next 12 months. 👍

Great video Jax, I can relate to what you say about having a child that is sick. When my son was born he had heart issues, his pulmonary artery and his aorta was reversed, so at 4 days old he underwent open heart surgery. They cut the arteries loose and switched them ... fast forward to now, 31 years later he has a PhD in physics and is doing great. So keep on being that strong positive role model for that young man, positive attitudes produce positive results. Cheers.

I have only just come across your videos. Maybe the third I have watched. Looks like I will be binge watching to catch up. A man that can talk so openly and with such truth of his why is a true man in my books. Inspirational when you hear what you did and transformed a lot of hard times and suffering into. Absolute Respect. My daughter went through several complications and had seizures where her heart would stop from a sudden change of emotion (there is a term but I cannot for the life of me remember) it was like she would die each time and I never knew if she’d come back. I hear you on. You are a rock. Keep up the awesome vids

Dammit, man. I couldn't get through this in one push. In fact, I'm only about 3:00 in on the first watch and had to pause it. I have no idea how you managed to film this. I can't even get three lines into the story of my boy's medical battle without breaking down into a puddly mess. This video is a fantastic reminder that even us video creators (who seem to have it all, right? Hahaha) are just regular people with regular people issues we go through. All the best to you and yours, my man. Okay...I think I'm okay. Back to the video. UPDATE: Five minutes in. Pause. Walk away. Gimme a minute. Nine minutes in. You guys have "Royal Flying Doctors." That. Is. Awesome. Ten minutes in. People think 52 videos in 52 weeks "doesn't seem like much." Do people really think that? Hahahaha Made it to the end. Phew. You're a good man. Thanks for sharing. Talk again soon.
@JNDCreations3 жыл бұрын
It’s still hard man, there were a few separate takes in there. I’ve spoken about it a lot though so it does make it easier to tell the story. Yes the Royal Flying Doctors are amazing mate, and an essential part of our health care I think. Being so remote, it’s quite easy to find yourself a very long way from a hospital! I’ve had a few people say “that’s only 1 video a week. Such and such does 3 videos a week...” as I said in the video. If I was making content like this, where I just spoke, I could easily do 3 videos a week haha. Appreciate your kind words mate! I hope your boy is doing well now!
@WoodenThingsAndStuff3 жыл бұрын
