To your point. The Torah describes in the Book of Bamidbar Moses' warning of impending military failure resulting from their insurrection against the encouraging report from the 2 of 12 spies. This impulsive decision of the generation of the midbar (wilderness ) who tried to redeem their mistake of following the negative propaganda of the 10 of 12 spies who dissuaded the Israelites from entering the land of Canaan. They were utterly defeated by Amalakie & Canaanie reaching up to the Chormah. (see Numbers 14:26 to 45)

Caroline, this may be the most consequential conversation you've had since I started following you after October 7th! Mr. Cohen has thoroughly, and I think accurately, educated us on the bewildering events since the eruption of the current seven front war. Together you thoroughly threshed out the threats posed by Hamas, Hezbollah, Iran, Syria, Jordan, Egypt, and the PA in Judea and Sumaria. The picture of Israel's pivotal position in that strategic chaos which he paints is incredibly complex and fraught with many crucial challenges. But like all great strategic analysts, he not only clearly explains the current situation, he also describes Israel's immediate options and best solutions. Mr. Cohen is a profoundly knowledgeable strategic thinker. As I listened to him, I couldn't help but think that for Israel's future security and prosperity, he should have an important role in its government, perhaps even as a future successor to Mr. Netanyahu as leader of Likud and Israeli Prime Minister! He understands military tactics and strategy, international relations and diplomacy, and the magical power of free market economics. He simultaneously enlightens and inspires. There are no bromides or platitudes from this man. He instinctively comprehends the recent history of Israel, and with great insight the geopolitics of the Middle East. He knows the pivotal role that Israel must play in the future of the region if the Jewish State is to be secure and flourishing. 🐻🇺🇲🇮🇱🙏

Annexing Judea and Samaria is a critical step in securing the future and stability of Israel. These areas hold immense historical, strategic, and cultural significance as the heartland of the Jewish people, with a deep-rooted connection that spans thousands of years. Beyond their historical importance, controlling these territories ensures greater security and strategic depth for the nation, especially in the face of ongoing regional threats. Furthermore, it is essential to consider the broader geopolitical dynamics in the region. Should Jordan face political instability or collapse, Israel must be prepared to take decisive action to safeguard its security and strategic interests. In such a scenario, Israel should take the initiative to annex the territories historically associated with the tribes of Manasseh, Gad, and Reuben, located east of the Jordan River. These areas not only hold biblical and ancestral significance but also offer a strategic buffer zone that enhances Israel’s defensive capabilities against potential adversaries. Such actions would not only strengthen Israel's security but also reinforce its sovereignty and ability to protect its citizens from evolving regional threats.
@TheModerateMillenial14 күн бұрын
I support this idea of expansion upon Jordan's fall if, IF Saudi Arabia has joined the Abraham Accords and it is discussed beforehand as a contingency plan between Israel and Saudi Arabia. I would want Saudi Arabia to annex parts of Jordan and Israel to take over the Plateau and Druze areas. With Saudi rule over the former kingdom of Jordan, I think the extremist elements will be stamped out. I think not arranging this with Saudi Arabia is a mistake that will make Israel a further pariah. Part of agreed plan also needs Saudi Arabia to publicly acknowledge this plan if Jordan falls and both take the respective territories. TO BE CLEAR, I do not want Jordan to fall, I am saying if it falls, I want this plan in effect to guarantee Israel's safety and legitimacy and not threaten Abraham Accords.

This man knows how to explain things so that we understand. I think one can tell he had prepared. He knew what we needed to know and he knew how to explain it. In my opinon, your role as an interviewer was to help this "gift" along such as when he asks for correct pronunciation or words. His difficulty was not pace or choice of content. His pace and choice of content are his gift to us. The fact that he was not covering the amount of material that you wanted him to, in the amount of time you had left, broke his momentum. He began to satisfy you rather than accomplish the task of explaining things to us. I hope that next time you or the next people who interview him will understand what a treasure he is and let him deliver his message as he is so exceptionally capable of doing. Thank you

Not into conspiracy theories but the idea of a "small excursion" by Hamas to undermine Netanyahu makes a lot of sense. Those Leftist Generals may have known about the attack... but not the scale of it... The problem is that in order to get rid of a lot of Leftist high echelon Generals, Netanyahu would have to get in confrontation with Supreme Court who is the backbone of the Leftists. The snake of the head is in Supreme Court. Judicial Oligarchy must be dismantled in order for Israel succeed.
