Omg, thank you so much!😊 heard it so often as a teenager. Didn't dare to hope that I would play it on guitar someday. I will see. I think it was Joan who got him on stage to play with her so he became known to more people.

That’s actually priddy cool finger pickin. But the first version I ever heard and ever knew for a long time before I found out it was Joan Baez’s song, was Judas Priests version of the song and of course that was all distortion and barre chords and and a sweet gallop rhythm! But I should listen to more of the original. And then the first version of her song, Babe I’m gonna leave you that I heard was Zeppelin’s too. So go figure, lol. Good job tho! ✌🏼

I love Priest's version. Btw Baez didn't write Babe I'm Gonna Leave You, Anne Bredon did in the late 50s, and performed it on the radio. Both Baez and Zep put "traditional" on the credits. Zep had to pay Bredon substantial back royalties in 1990.
