But then, she apparently _married eyeliner,_ got that ridiculous haircut, and became the sitcom's clown. You have to understand who you're talking to: For me, Joan Jett is much more than a face, a body, a voice, etc. Joan Jett is a force of nature. She is the reason I said to myself "I hated piano lessons, but I think I want to learn guitar." But I don't think anybody wanted to be Joyce DeWitt when they were growing up.
