@@sarahnguyen2160 The cheapest 5 star hotel near Yeoksam Station is $81 USD/night. Banobagi is probably one of the more expensive options. @katekang49016 жыл бұрын
Sonam Gurung As I am a Korean, I want to tell you the exact information on the site. Based on Gangnam, which has a lot of famous cosmetic surgery clinics, it costs 50,000 won to 400,000 won at a low price. Of course, the real premium car costs more than 1 million won a time. The price depends on how your skin condition is and the treatments they do. Those who have really bad skin will probably have to pay more than those who don't. Howerver, usually laser treatments are more into the expensive side. In Spain, at least, they cost around 300-700.

It is still expensive but 5,500,000KRW ( 6,660 AU$) it is just ridiculous for one day treatment

Geotech7000 5,500,00krw. Ridiculous they can F off. If I was interested, I’ll just buy one treatment. Anyway Joan mentioned in another video that she got the ‘influencer discount’ so that’s probably why you saw other bloggers mention it was 2,200,000krw
@mandeukie7506 жыл бұрын
For everyone asking, facial treatments are usually almost never just a one time thing. You have to go back and do a couple of other treatments. It usually depends on how easily it works on your skin. For others it could be different. I think it’s recommended to do like 5-8 sessions. And for the cost, facials especially with laser are usually quite expensive. But sometimes you can get a package deal for cheaper. But if you find it sometimes you can find places more affordable than others. (This may not be accurate for all places.)

As someone who's resorted to laser treatment for acne scars myself I can guarantee you that the skincare recommendations are by no means baseless. The treatment most likely won't remove everything 100% and skincare is crucial not only to fade current acne (scars) but also to prevent new acne to occur. Fading of scars takes years, laser only forwards the process and considering her age it's completely understandable that she wanted her "imperfections" to fade sooner.

Or will all your problem disappear after one full session of laser treatment? I will be happy to see your new video and glad to get the amswers to my questions. Thank you in advance.
@tfnvv54692 жыл бұрын
If you keep up good skincare you won’t be dependent on these treatments. But perhaps your standard for beauty will increase with these treatments and that will force you to keep getting them in the future, for fear of worsening imperfections or fear of skin issues or changes that come with aging. Of course there is only so much sun damage religious sunscreen usage and good skincare can prevent. If you’re trying to fade and prevent every dark spot or freckle or acne spot, even your perfect skincare will not save you.
@tfnvv54692 жыл бұрын
No, it’s impossible for all skin problems to disappear with one full session. Most of these places sell packages with 8-11 sessions.

What are the consequences from the sun damage to the skin? Like when the doctor switched the picture to a different setting?? I’m in my early 20s and only just now began taking care of my skin so I’m worried

The truth is, using a lot of skincare products worsen your skin than cure it esp if you have dry and sensitive skin. 2 years ago, I got into the 10-step skincare routine and my skin condition did not improve but even became worse. I was spending thousands on dermatologist procedures too. You know what helped? Proper diet and just one sulfur soap recommended by the dermatologist. Now I just apply oil when I need it. But always always apply sunscreen! My skin improved when I stopped eating meat. 100% true.

I've been consuming much less dairy and meat and I can see that my skin cleared up a lot.

Does it really work or show any kind of improvment?

It's scary how he found so many problematic points when you take care of your skin so well... I just updated my skincare routine and added a good vitamin drop with sun cream) Hopefully will reach a good clear skin tone and control my random breakouts a bit more) Great video!! Thanks Joan :)

Diana Taichou I guess this shows that she doesn't take care of her skin. I'm 29 and I went for a laser treatment and the doctor did a similar scan on my face and he said it was well-maintained just that I wanted to remove some light freckles. From what I see joan doesn't put enough sunscreen and recommend products that does nothing for her but is sponsored. She should really invest in skincare that suits her skin and not just because they are sponsored.

@@leeleana8313 Well you can't say for sure, because from what I've seen even though she get's sponsored products, those products are actually good as they have a good rating and Joan is pretty genuine) I'd say if there is a problem, its that she uses too many different products to try them out and give an honest review of them. It's sweet and helpful for the reviews and viewers but it would be best for her if she found good products for herself and used only them I guess.

Thanks so much for sharing your experience! As someone who has 0 tolerance for pain, this motivated me to put more effort into my skincare bc I can see myself having to go thru extensive if I continue to be lax about my skin. You are a STRONG woman, Joan! 😭😭✊🏽

I really want to get a laser treatment to get rid of some of my hyperpigmentation, but I feel like it’d be a waste to get it while I’m still young. Do you have any suggestion on when would be the right time to get these treatments in terms of age?
