When someone asks u "so where are u from?" And u go thru your options: -my ethnicity -where I live -where I was born -where I grew up -5 minute family history -my mom -why am I even being asked this question? I feel like a lot of immigrants sometimes struggle to figure where they fit within their cultures, but at the same time it's such an awesome experience being able to relate to so many things the world has to offer.

I hope this makes Joanna Responds and quells the whole debate ya que: I live in Trinidad and there is a food chain called _Cocina Colombiana_ where Venezuelans and Colombians work together and cook arepas. If this isn't symbolism of how both nations can work together and create the same thing beautifully with variants, then I don't know what is.

I have been in a couple of places, here in the caribbean, where you can find people from all around the globe. Being there I realized that, indeed, girls from both our countries are stunning. And it's really hard to tell the difference. But even though, I witnessed something else: brazilians. Holly molly you girls are something else. Imo venezuelans and colombians can fight for the second place, but there is absolutely NO DOUBT Brazil has the most gorgeous womans on this planet plus, you guys have krisiun, the best death metal band in latin america and one of my favs.... so, love to brazil

This video goes straight to my heart. Not fair, I need places like those here in Florida. The only Venezuelan arepas that I tried here, no le hacen honor al sabor de las arepas que yo recuerdo. Finally I wanted to ask, how do they make those arepas? Best thing I can find here is "Harina Pan" and they don't taste the same. Do they actually made them out of ground corn? Thanks for taking me on a arepa-ritual tour. Can you let me know the names of those places you visited and tell me in your opinion which was the best? I would love to go when visiting NYC. I love your content and keep it up the good work. Ps: Greeting for Chris. I think he is funny and I like seeing in front of the camera too.
