While in pvt sector after 10 years you will be replaced by new employee, or you have to work10k to 25k pm. Rarely 1-2% got success and got promoted. Politicians made education as a business..., thousands of engineering colleges atteched with state University like UPTU , and education minister and colleges makes money from us as a client fees 4 lack ,10 lack ect ...and provide technical degree in behalf of 4 year (only theory of 48 wastage subjects of old age technology without industrial experiment) lectures and organized 1st to 8th semisters exams but job industries required experience person to carry 15-20 thousand salary ..,and freshers always struggle to get job and frustrated to do techno industrial courses with another fees 1 lack _2 lack after 4 year engeneering degree of wastage 48 theory of old tech subjects. Otherwise freshers will get only 10k to 13k or 15k hard paying jobs in minimum numbers and mostly freshers graduates not selected for jobs due to inexperienced freshers for industrial requirements of skills...
