What 50% to 60% income tax rate in india are you talking about? Highest income tax slab rate in india is 30% ( maybe about 33% including surcharge) as compared to 54% in italy as mentioned by you and in india there are some tax exemptions which effectively reduce tax rate further down from 30%. As for GST, the tax rates in India range from 5% to 18% (and 28% in some rare cases) whereas the average VAT rate in Italy is about 22%. But yes, benefits like free medical care & unemployment benefit are some really major benefits in italy. But an indian citizen has to live in italy for 10 years before he gets citizenship and I suppose only after citizenship he can avail of these benefits.

Unemployment problem in India is not only because there are not enough jobs, it is also because the corporates are exploiting/over utilizing the already employed resources. How many of the private employees are logging off once their shift ends ? are we working for only 8 hours ? First, government should make sure the employment laws being followed, that itself will generate more jobs, then they can focus on creating job opportunities

It is utmost shameful to charge GST on : 1. Education (for ex. ISB charging GST) 2. Health care (for ex. GST charged on Mediclaim insurance premium) 3. Social security (for ex. GST charged on pension plans sold by insurance companies) As GoI provides none of these to it's citizens, which should have been free for each taxpayer. Including Income tax and indirect tax (GST, Property Registration Charge, Service tax, Excise duty, customs) middle class Indians are paying around 52% taxes which is comparable to most developed nations on earth, where citizens get free health care, free education and social security....and of course unpolluted air and water....

China ranks first worldwide in industrial output. Industry and construction account for about 48% of China's GDP. Major industries include mining and ore processing; iron and steel; aluminum; coal; machinery; armaments; textiles and apparel; petroleum; cement; chemical; fertilizers; food processing; automobiles and other transportation equipment including rail cars and locomotives, ships, and aircraft; consumer products including footwear, toys, and electronics; telecommunications and information technology. In india it is just 10% in manufacturing and 4% in construction compared to 48% in china. Now we all should know why we have unemployment in india. The problem is India is still focusing on IT service sector, rather than manufacturing and china is a global manufacturing hub in the world, India should start manufacturing products instead of too much imports. The IT firms failed to build any of their own software/hardware branded products despite its high profit level and capability. Indian IT firms are still service consultancy and service based sector and not a manufacturing sector, despite having millions and some IT companies having billions in revenue which is the reason why we have too many layoffs due to high external dependency and not being self reliant. Most of the educators have some level of passion in teaching as i have experienced in my college days. But the main problem is , that the educational subject is not focused towards latest trend, skillset, employment opportunities and so on. The subjects are legacy versions. In 2023 and 2024 almost 70% of graduates are unable to get any skilled tech jobs or any other type of blue collar jobs. Hundreds of Engineering colleges, Arts and science colleges and business schools have closed which is quite alarming. Below is the statistics of job sector in India and it shows that manufacturing in India is just 10% whereas china is a global manufacturing hub. The real reason is "High land rates, electricity tariffs, and a 33 percent corporate tax rate have hindered India's competitiveness." www.statista.com/statistics/248004/percentage-added-to-the-us-gdp-by-industry/

This video has been really something... truely blunt and inspiring. It may even be one of the most mind-blowing videos with respect to the current base realities, enlisting such good and solid points - each with really well-supporting reasoning. On that point, would add healthcare in the lowest of sectors as well... not just by the point of view of services provided, but also by other major issues just highlighted in the video... such as the "quality" of education, viable jobs for any talent in the sector - be it with average or very high intelligence, lack of accountability, real honest-to-good models of research and entrepreneurship and such... at gound level, the sector really fails to stand against all the points so horrifying well.

The last I could think of is IITians and IIMs would struggle and now this year they have felt the heat as well. Unless there is well planned initiatives taken in this regard, we are very soon going to see very educated folks struggling day and night on menial jobs for meeting their ends.

One of the Prime reasons is the Reservation System which is forcing best talents to move out the country and the remains who got reservation for with guides to teach in colleges even they are so poorly educated that they are unable to read books. Students laugh and at the same time they get angry on them and this shitty system. They stop going to these colleges. These politicians don't even know what they are creating. Tomorrow, only remaining few percent will be left. Are baba give reservation but that has to REALLY TO ECONOMIC POOR CLASSES not on the basis of caste. @gjw1wj721

I've seen a lot of newbies enquire as to whether or not it is too late to buy assets especially BTC, ETH, litecoin and maybe XRP...most having the intention to hodl these assets. I would say we should prep for all scenarios as the market has always been unpredictable. So boring that new type of analyses are coming out monthly from all analysts and youtubers. I must say trading offers far more benefits than just holding, I will advise traders esp newbies to have orientation of trading before they get involved in it. I accept things are changing and have to be reconsidered by time.... but not just that fast like these analysts and youtubers are doing. I've managed to grow a nest egg of around 2.3B'tc to a decent 21B'tc in the space of a few months... As a father of a frustrated unemployed BTech youth I can relate to a lot of these issues. He is frustrated and lost because he thinks doing a "corporate job" is the only way to start life. Rest is below standard. Competition is obviously too intense. I think he is thinking wrong but he won't listen like most youth. They think elders are fools and out of touch. In my opinion jobs are NOT going to significantly increase in India. The govt cannot do anything much about it. The youth has to be trained to develop an entrepreneur mindset from day 1. Colleges have to encourage and foster small enterprise and maybe even help generate micro loans to get started. Whether it is a shop, a bakery or a plumbing service or youtube broadcasting or ....do your own work and stop depending on JOBS. That is the only way for the youth and country to develop.

I am a doctor MBBS MBA Healthcare administration from Premier Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University, Akshat Srivastava has brought this topic at a very right time when many at the top in India talk of demographic dividend but on the other side there are no jobs, I can very confidently say about healthcare because I belong to this field and there since year 2000. MBBS colleges in India have mushroomed like anything and the demand is not there, many politicians (cutting across party lines own these medical Colleges benefitted a lot at the cost of emotions of middle class parents who dream a lot, look at Medical PG seats and here too many doctors are available but not many hospitals to absorb them, leta come to degrees above post graduation in medical field called DM and Mch , many seats are going vacant and doctors are not picking those seats and are going waste not only in private medical colleges which charge from 1 crore to 2 crore for a seat but also Goverment medical colleges which are free , reason is why a doctor will spend 3 years of their precious life when they are already post graduate and they know that further study will not get them any more money, at the end of the day every one study a couse if it fetches them more money

Hi Akshat Some observations I dont agree with 1. My daughter has just joined ISB and yes, the fees are crazy. North of 40 lakhs. But, I feel that the GST component is fair after all the students are working professionals expected to enhance their careers substantially after passing out. By no stretch of imagination, one can say that they will not be able to pay this fee, loans are easily available, and so are the means to repay those loans. Gst waivers should be at vocational and graduate level courses where the students are just out of school and with little or no source of income. The Govt has to collect taxes. that's the bitter truth, and instead of crying over it all the time, let's push the government to use our tax payers money to better use. 2. Adani and SBI are not comparable. Have you factored in the down the line employment opportunities a group like Adani creates from vendors, suppliers. stockists. sellers, resellers, people working in the supply chain logistics, the raw material manufacturers etc etc. Please dont trivialize these things with such simplistic arguments and reduce them to silly debates. 3. As a country, we need to stop demonizing big corporate houses as the are the back bone of a capitalistic society, whether we like it or not, capitalism is a necessary evil, and so are these big corporations. America was and is still being made on crony capitalism. I'm not trying to condone it. Im just saying we, the educated people, should help reform it rather than treat big industrialists or corporates as some sort of Satans who will eat India and all its resources

@@amarsinghhembram4379 He can make whatever he wants. I'm just stating his political standing, stating Adani and Raghunath Rajan in video. As his viewer, not sure his intentions are. Even his Solutions to provide employment to educated people is flawed.

I have not met a single EDUCATED person who is unemployed in India. This fellow is selling his story. In fact I find that as soon as a student finishes his EDUCATION, he is hired immediately these days

It has nothing to do with andhbhakths, but population explosion vs poor management from last 70 years of corruption of congress(I) which is very unlucky for India and now throw in liability of 250M so called minority into this mix. Very complicated!!

Bhai BJP has been power in Gujarat for last 35 years and more than 25 years in MP. It's not as if Gujarat has become Singapore. Secondly if you look at last 25 yrs. In the last 25 yrs BJP has been in power for more than 15 yrs

I am living in the UK from the last 18 years but I can clearly tell you that the grass looks greener on other side. I am planning to leave UK and come to India because corporate job situation here is worse unless you happy to be a waiter, plumber, carpenter, barber, cleaner etc. In India you can start any small business with small fund but here you need lot of money and people will not work hard. Dolly chaiwala invested tinny amount in his chai business and became millionaire but in the western countries you will become slave and can never come out. Education system in the western countries is free, but none of the local people wants to send their kids to govt school because these schools are pathetic. Your country India offers a person to open a kiryana shop but here you will be slave in ikea or big chains and live hand to mouth.
