When is the right time to ask how much the salary is? Is it kinda off or rude if you ask it sa initial interview pa lang ?

1)Rude? No! It's a must! You have to remember always ang pagiging trabahanti ay isa ring negosyo so Negotiate it properly. 2)To ask it in initial interview? It depends, it depends on the level of the position you are applying. You must consider your Work Experience, Education and Knowledge on the position you are applying. Most of the time the company has a budget already intended for each position. For example for Clerk budget 14-17k, Supervisory 18-23k, Managerial 23 25k ang Budget, if your applying for that position and meron kanang years of experience and good record ka interms of attendance and performance you can raise your bar to ask the limit for their budget, so pwedeng ibibigay nila yun if ever yung company feeling nila fitted ka sa position na yun. Pero kung Fresh Grad ka for ex. or meron kang experience nga pero not recommended ka naman well ikaw yung may utang na loob sa company parang ganun kasi they gave you a chance inspite of.and sila ang mag iinvest sayo. Tuturuan ka at or bibigyan ka ng chance unlike kung alam muna ang gagawin mo yung company ang swerte sayo so pwede kang mag demmand.

Pag tinanong tayo ng interviewer , Wala naman itong tama or Mali na sagot, na kung sasabihin mo, Yun na yun ang tama. Mararamdaman yan ng interviewer , Sabihin mo ang totoo. Kung ano ang alam mo at kung ano ang nararamdaman mo sa kung ano man ang tinanong sayo. The end of the day pag kumukuha kami ng tao or aplikante its more on Putting the right person in the right position. Not because this person memorize the what called "Right answer" kaya ang pwede lang namin ma e share is guidance.

Pag OJT di naman, More on Personal info lang naman itanong sayo Filing lang. Wala naman sila masyado expectations sa mga OJT pero if you like that company na pinag OJTihan mo pakitang gilas kana baka e absorb kapa nila :). School Compliance padin naman yun. Kaya easihan mo lang but with didication parin kasi kasali yan sa grade mo :)

Kung gusto mong sabihin yang mga sinabi mo pwede naman, its up to you but for me I would say lahat ng sinabi I cannot advice that kahit kanino :). Always put in mind naghahanap ng trabahanti ang mga Negosyante para makatulong sa kanila. Hindi para madagdagan sila. Always remember as well yung mga kakayahan na sinasabi na ipakita sa OJT po yan hindi sa real work kasi pag nagtatrabaho tayo bayad po yun, so kailangan maging productive :)

" Its okay lng po if mag tanong din ako sa hr about sa salary or sa branch n ma aasign if ever kht initial interview palang? Its a test pa din po ba ng mga hr un gnun? Kung Marunong or let say Magaling ka mag English its plus factor but its NOT A MUST! Yung demand na magaling at marunong mag english depende sa trabaho or reponsibilidad na papasukan mo :). To answer your question in line to service crew okey lang yun Majority naman sa Patronage nila kung nandito sa Pilipinas is Filipino, Yes may mga foreign na mga customer just in case di kayo masyado nagkakaintindihan merin naman kayong Duty Manager Hopefully or any superior na nasa store ninyo sila yung its a must na dapt maka intndi ng English para ma cater lahat ng customer . 🙂

Aware naman po ako na naging mapili ako sa mga job nung mga first months po akong nagaapply mostly po kasi under agency sila and yung mga job na inooffer nila d naman po related sa course ko and hindi din po ako ganun ka interested so ngayon po I just decided na huwag na lang po muna kong magaapply sa mga hospitality baka hindi pa po right time for me. Sa mga travel offices po muna ako nagaapply ngayon nagwoworry lang po ako kasi tagal kong walang naging work. negative po ba yun sa mga hr. Thanks po.

Okey, let us breakdown your Questions. 1) You said Negative ba sa HR pag matagal kang walang Work. - Negative? Is not the reason for it but more or on "Preference" Maybe meron ibang Applicants na marami ng experiences na and in-line yung Work background sa position na inaplayan nyo. So probably the HR considered them kasi they will not invest in time and other learnings sa aplikanting yun. Kasi Ready to work na. Most HR and other companies in terms of business prefered na may experienced na para tatrabaho nalang. Di na nila tuturuan. So maka save sila ng Time, maka save pa sila ng Pera. My advice to you: Kung may magbigay sayo ng Oportunidad na kumpanya Grab molang muna Wag ka muna "Choosy" this time. Later pag di ka talaga masaya then Umalis ka, atleast di nasayang panahon mo meron may pera kapa :) . Then later on try mo ulit aplyan yung mga work na gusto mo atleast may experience kana. 2) You said under Agency yung mga Trabahanti sa mga Kumpanyang inaplayan mo. Yes most of business ganun we Call it " Outsourcing " or 3rd party Manpower Provider yan yung mga Agency. The Company na pinagtatrabahuan mo ang Client while the worker from the agency Service Provider yung Agency kung saan Empleyado ka. Pero wag kang Negative about it, Moving forward kung maganda ang performance mo the Company na pinagtatrabahuan mo might Hire you para ma Direct kana and hindi kana sa Agency, mag dedepende yan sa Performance mo.

It's case to case basis if the Job demmand for you to speak in English then its a must ex( Call center Rep. With Western account(Not local) Most Managerial position, and any alike) but if di naman kailangan or if there's someone in the organization that can help you then it's not that important , okey lang yun. Okey Sales Marketing. If I am the interviewer and you are applying for that position. I will see how you can converse, your articulation is necessary because for that position your going to represent the company in terms of Developing, implementing, advertising, program presentation and execution. Actually depende parin yan kung ano ang target market ng Company na ina aplayan mo. Kung ang target market is Masa then mag tagalog ka , mas ipakita mo ang convincing power mo, pero just in case ang Target market ng company nayan mostly are high end mag English ka, ang purpose kasi kung bakit need talaga minsan mag English kasi you are going to represent the company and merong mga clients talaga na comfortable sila mag english or yung iba yun talaga ang native tongue nila, pero yung iba OA lang talaga(jk lang) 😄. Pero minsan naman nakukuha yan sa pag sagot mo kahit magtagalog ka , ang contexto ng sagot mo, gaano ka kalawak mag isip and convincing mo sa client. No need to worry, wag kang mag isip masyado kasi gaano kapa ka talino at kagaling kung di ka kalmado naku(no comment nalang), ipakita mo confident ka at alam mo ang ginagawa mo kasi marketing inline pa naman ina aplayan mo. Kunin mo sa Confident iha.

Depende po Industry na ina aplayan mo, kung ang position naman na ina aplayan mo it did not required you to speak in English then its not necessary for you to speak in Tagalog-English you can speak straight tagalog if thats the dialect you fell comfortable in speaking and you can express your thought freely. You should know first, what position you are applying para alam mo how to deal with it. For example kung teller inaplayan mo basic english is okey Since I am assuming majority sa mga Client are Filipinos, on other hand for example you are applying in their Customer service position then somehow it's advisable you can converse well using the English language kasi it's very possible na ang tatawag mga englisera lalo na pag via Phone ang transaction. First thing you should do now is Know the Industry first para meron kang Plan how to deal with it.

That's okey, Some Companies even my 3 previous companies considered fresh graduate in Supervisory position if we fell that applicant can fill that position, in line to this we're going to based on your examination result and performance when you were in college ( grades, achievements etc)

Posibling posibli po, on the time of the interview just Answer the question properly. Be polite, Be nice, Makinig ka sa sa tinanong sayo, Sumagot ka kung ano man tinanong sayo, Pag time na sumagot wag masyado mahaba at wag rin kunti yung sakto lang, paranf nag uusap lang kayo, ang Key word dyan sa ganyang industry ito isagit mo " Gagawin ko po lahat para sa Pamilya ko, gagawin ko po na matutunan ng mas maaga ang aking trabaho para magawa ko ang aking trabaho ng tama " 👍 hehe :p. Ayan meron kana magic words. Para naman sa Factory Worker they are more looking kung madali kang matuto para less supervision ka at maka ambag kana kaagad. Relax lang and wag kaba-kaba. Kasi kung pa kaba-kaba ka ang maging impression ng interviewer sayo paano kung mag work kana baka ma mali mali ka, kaya be CONFIDENT.

Depende po sa Position na inaaplyan mo. If you are applying as s Sales Staff, Cashiers etc. na level some Big Dept. Store they will not consider you. Like SM, Rob. , Landmark, Rustans, Metro etc. For the reason some customers are not comfortable looking to someone with tattooes(iba yung quonotations nila). Pero some boutiques or Store alone they okey with it naman sa positions na sinabi ko. Pero if management level inaplayan mo okey lang kahit tadtad ka ng tattoo kasi di ka naman visible sa mga Customers mostly sa staff ka naka focus sa trabaho.
