I work in the UK actually, so INR converted salary Hai, I am not from NIT or IIT. From a Tier 3 college. But I did an MBA from a good college top 30 in India. But it has taken me 15 years to reach here. Which is a normal salary for many in my team. I didnt want to brag, I just wanted to say it took me a loong time to reach here. I am nothing special, just an average person

Hi sir I am pl 300 certified power bi developer. I did my certification this year only to save my job as there were pre indicator of layoff. They did 20 dashboards within 30-40 days and then I was on bench for 2 months and then they suddenly called me one day with HR that we are sorry company is going for downsizing...

High salary with 3 months notice period you will not get interview calls, trial and tested. Skills matter when you give interview, 90% people are getting offers from Service based with low salary. High skilled people are already with high salary and in current market no one is entertaining until unless you are laid off or immediate joiner.

Wait for sometime. Situation is not good if you look at western countries. It takes sometime get impact on outsourcing companies. Dont be shocked if salaries go back to pre COVID level. I am telling you truth i know many people here moved back on salary from 220K$ to 160k$. For service based companies Those who are higher salary will have to work on multiple projects else companies will not be able to afford salary.

Try fake experience, that's the only way. Put some internships and certifications. Join ODIN school or Scaler they will let you place and teach you DSA interview questions and how to write CV. IIT/NIT etc won't matter in off campus. Better not to be picky and take any job 3/4/5 LPA / Software Testing/ Data Analyst

What about campus placements. 2) Try Backend, Frontend, Testing, Data Science, Devops, .NET, Java developer, Python Developer, Salesforce. So many options. Don't just stick to one profile. You will become Python Developer or Software Tester easily. 3) Just make some fake experience, internships , certifications etc. Most companies want 2-4 years experience so just show them. You will get interviews.

So my current company doesn't provide any PF , does it create any issues during background verification?. Though i have offer later,pay slip, experience letter. Sirf theory aati hai... Unkii selection chances hai jo kaam kiye hai... Achhi companies(mai yaha service based companies ki baat nhi kr rha) ke Interview me scenario based questions puchhe jaa rhe jiska answer aap kitna bhi theory padh lo... Edtech institute join krlo agr aapne production pe, client environment pe kaam nhi kiyaa hai to aap answer nhi de paoge.
