Do you have any pics of where you mounted the NEMA2000 and Lowrance boxes? Did you mount them under the foot panel? Did you install a Blue Sea fuse panel for all your Lowrance electronics and dedicate them to the single battery? What did you use for battery isolator for your 3 batteries? I currently have 2 batteries, but may add a 3rd as I'll be running 3-4 HDS12 Live units plus Active Target. As you can tell I'm rigging a new boat and you seem to have thought of all the things I'm wanting to upgrade from the stock Lund. Any info you're willing to provide I really appreciate.

@@JOBFishing Do you know if the Cisco track will support down riggers since you're supported by the sportrac exclusively? I've read mixed reviews on if the sportrac can handle down riggers. Does Cisco make the mounting kit you used on the sportrac or was that a Lund product? Sorry for all the questions.
@JOBFishing3 жыл бұрын
@@jasonberg3789 I would not recommend mounting down riggers in the Cisco Track they way it is mounted on my boat in the Lund Track. It would need to be screwed down to the gunnel. Cisco makes all the hardware to mount in the Lund Track.

Typically anything under 1.5 mph I will only use the Motor Guide. The kicker will get down as slow as 1 mph. I would recommend Minn-Kota Ulterra.

Why did you go with the Lund 219 Pro V GL? I’m looking at one now and I’m wondering why you went that route say over a Ranger 622 or a the Vexus DVX22. I’m guessing you’re on the Lund Pro Staff so that would explain it, but I’m new here so maybe not.
@JOBFishing3 жыл бұрын
At the time I purchased the boat it was the only one made without the cockpit side storage boxes. Also Ranger 622 and Vexus were not around yet.

Job! Just tried to install the 4" jack plate at the shop on my 219. It's a 2017. The mechanics told me they couldn't install it because their isn't enough slack in the wiring harness and Hydraulic hoses. Did you have to lengthen anything or did yours come installed from the factory

What is AIS?
@JOBFishing2 жыл бұрын
AUTOMATIC IDENTIFICATION SYSTEM OVERVIEW Imagine a shipboard radar or an electronic chart display that includes a symbol for every significant ship within radio range, each with a velocity vector (indicating speed and heading). Each ship "symbol" can reflect the actual size of the ship, with position to GPS or differential GPS accuracy. By "clicking" on a ship symbol, you can learn the ship name, course and speed, classification, call sign, registration number, MMSI, and other information. Maneuvering information, closest point of approach (CPA), time to closest point of approach (TCPA) and other navigation information, more accurate and more timely than information available from an automatic radar plotting aid, can also be available. Basically, I can see AIS equipped boats on my chart...

It’s a fair question and helps get more people into the sport. If you have an idea as to what things really cost, you can start planning and saving to make that dream a reality.
