Could we get a video of Echo and Jocko rolling jiu-jitsu?

While its not what you're asking for,there is a very small video named ''A sad day for Echo Charles''. Its not a rolling video but it contains very brief moments of Jocko and Echo rolling,which is basically Echo tapping to Jocko's footlocks.

Jocko should ABSOLUTELY do a Shakespeare audio book series Cowards die many times before their deaths. The valiant never taste of death but once. Of all the wonders that I yet have heard, it seems to me most strange that men should fear, seeing that death, a necessary end, will come when it will come.

I'd also love to hear Jocko do Nietzsche's 'Genealogy of Morals' , Nietzsche is hardcore into the Extreme Ownerships

@36:15 Maurice was undone by a mutiny. He had his soldiers winter in hostile territory because it was economically cheaper than feeding them in home lands. He was in Constantinople. So he did not share the burdens and be seen to do so. His immediate successor riled up the men and lead a coup. Maurice came to a bad end.

We should not furnish arms to those whose intentions are not clear. Why do our politicians not understand this fact.
@Defsolid2 жыл бұрын
They actually understand but they do there master's bidding, which in this case is the MIC, simply put it's market creation, sowing the seeds of war wherever and whenever possible, no wonder President Eisenhower cautioned the American people about the monster that was created by WW II in his farewell address.

toddms41 You clearly don't understand Jesus. The Bible also says there is a time for peace and a time for war. The Bible is full of great warriors.

Jocko's best shows are when he has guests. The JP Dinnell show is his best. Cut out reading from the books all the time. Engage the audience. Its is cool to explain certain aspects of the book but straight out reading needs to be cancelled.

I disagree, I think it's valuable to hear Jocko's and Echo's perspectives on what's being read, and how it can be applied in other areas of life.

Negative, reading books is infinite; where as talking to a guest is finite.

I never had a dad to read me bed time stories, but when I listen to Jocko read; as I fall asleep softly. I can imagine what it could have been like to have a source of extreme confidence. Although it's tough to read out loud, and this is commendable; the material of each book is not the main focus. The point is, to stop and realize there are many branches to time and life; all growing and being shaped simultaneously.
@sci-clops53077 жыл бұрын
I respectfully disagree with the suggestion not to read - I really enjoy the books.
