Changed my whole life on 2 videos. They want to replace my right hip. Its bone on bone, spurs, no cartilage etc. I can move it in ways I thought were impossible to me in just 8 mins. Wow! Thank you so much 🥰!

The largest and most powerful muscles in your body attach to your pelvis. They are so vital to balance and stability. Freeing your hips and pelvis not only relieves back and hip pain it helps improve your balance.

This is a very practical set of movements that can be achieved by someone like myself with hip limitations. Due to an injury my left hip has 'forgotten' how to move, and this gentle movement helps retrain the brain. Thank you!

It was amazing how much the rolling of the left leg changed. At the beninning it was blocked going externally and by the end of the two videos it was almost as free as the right leg when rolling. Thank you. I tried to get into your site but with no success. Was wanting to read the article you wrote about the hamstrings.

Hi Margaret. Thanks so much for your kind encouragement 😃 The website access is blocked for some countries because of the high risk of hackers. We are soon going to open up to the US though. Is that where you are?

Margaret Skewed, I recorded an audio lesson specific to lengthening the hamstrings recently. I'll be posting about it in my channel. Please go ahead and subscribe to notifications if you haven't already 👆 All the best Jodie

@@JodieKrantz oh! Okay. Videos 1 and 2 has already helped my chronic Left hip external rotation deficit. My right hip has internal rotation deficit so I'm hoping #3 addresses internal rotation. Either way I'm greatful for your work..
@JodieKrantz2 жыл бұрын
That's given me a good idea! There's a great lesson where you lie on your front with knees bent to 90 deg, wide apart, soles of feet together. Then you slide the sole of one foot down the inside of the other leg towards the knee. This way you can kind of sneak up on internal rotation without the common fear of pain / muscle tension response

How did you know I was planning a video about the relationship of the knees and ankles? Have we met Sabrina? I haven't made it yet but have been thinking about exactly that the last few days. Coming soon. Make sure you subscribe to my channel so you don't miss it! Warm regards Jodie

Yes, agreed. All my Feldenkrais videos are like 'abbreviations' of the real lessons. They are designed to summarize or encapsulate the lesson in a short space of time, especially for those who are 'time poor'. Full length lessons, however, are coming soon! Thank you so much for your feedback swimwiththemoon!

Hello Jodie! I have tried part 1 & 2 a couple of times and have found GREAT Relief with this!!!! I had been doing Hanna Somatics for several years not completing reaching into myself. I have been exploring Feldenkrais KZbin sessions for the past several months gaining knowledge and awareness into my mind and body!!! I soooo appreciate you sharing these videos. Over the years I have had several falls and accidents that I believe contributed to a pelvic issue. I have also tried your " Freeing jaws & pelvis and also found very helpful!!! If there are other videos you could recommend I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You!!!!
