Thank you! Jodie Krantz, I was fortunate to experience Feldenkrais Awareness Through Movement coached by our Sifu and feel the positive therapeutic effect to open up the chakras for Tai Chi.

hi Jodie there is a very unique as many movements of Somatics , i think one was ATM 117 for the sternum, sraight spine anyway it felt like it would help, but, you might have one that would help more to what i need .j

thank you , very much i thought that is what would have been need, sternam ribcage was already tense, and i did something to my already sore shoulder, habitually it hurts the supraspinatus, i think, a couple of days ago. i did something to my shoulder mowing the lawn and swimming, do you have idea on what other movements would be helpful? ithought about doing lesson 4, but, your thoughts would be great, thanks, i understand without seeing me itcan be difficult.

Part 4 helps with the thoracic/ pelvis connection and that usually really helps the shoulders. The main thing is to keep trying different lessons and then from the to time come back and redo same of the ones you've done before. You clearly already have lots of self knowledge and understanding Cindy

thank you again for such a nice lesson. Question: any reason why you are keeping the rotation on the lower body so small? If the legs could lower easily and smoothly could this too be explored?
@JodieKrantz5 жыл бұрын
Hi Darlene, sorry missed your comment earlier. Yes, you could easily rotate the lower body more. The reason I didn't was that most people are very stiff through the chest. The idea here is that it's often the thoracic spine and ribs that are the stiffest. So the pelvis lagging behind encourages the lower back to twist less so that you have to find more movement in the chest
