I made this some months ago, and forgot to comment. I used a whole head and more of the other fixins, and it was DELICIOUS! Had to use a habanero because my store didn’t have scotch bonnets, but they did today. I’m about to make it again. I used a little more tomato and a whole giant carrot. Shredded the carrot with a box grater. I didn’t think I would like that much carrot. But whew! The tomato and carrot really make this too delicious. ❤
