Joe has some points. Totally agree with the growth part. But it's hard to help someone grow when every critique is seen as hate or an attack when everyone around a shawty is praising her for her looks and ignoring her character flaws. Ppl like that have a hard time being self aware.
@OEThe114 жыл бұрын
Its all perception. In a sense that as men, we have no choice but to self improve or risk getting perceived as an afterthought. For women, although its being promoted, its not really incentivized for them to do so, since they are already getting what they are looking for and are perceived as being enough. You have movements that tell women that who they are is already enough and the right person will come to them. and after the millions of stories that they can look to, whats the incentive for them to improve on themselves.
@sicklymaad4 жыл бұрын
@@OEThe11 let's call a spade a spade. They're not incentivized to grow because men gas chicks and give them praise without them earning it. We turn these chicks into egomaniacs by ignoring all their deficiencies telling them what everyone is telling them instead of what they need to hear. Hell even in the house hold parents teach daughters that a man should treat them like a Queen and provide but neglect to teach them that the title of Queen is EARNED and not automatic because you're born a female and that it's never okay to be a bum that expects a dude to take care of everything. Its really our fault.
@OEThe114 жыл бұрын
@@sicklymaad Oh I agree. The reason women are who they are is because us as men let them get to this point. The only way this can change is if we as men raise and uphold a higher standard. Giving women no choice but to humble themselves and to step up. But In order to di that, all men have to be on the same page.

Joe is right about Drake and James Harden. Realistically, they were never that hot before the fame. Drake had Degrassi but if you were to put him against Lil’Romeo back in the day, girls would’ve easily picked Lil’Romeo. That’s how corny he seemed. Since he became Drake with the beard we’ve been going crazy. James Harden comes off as a cornball too but, I might be wrong. He looks like a former “give me a hug” guy.

The Couples Experiment that’s not true. A lot of guys been that guy before and after fame. Future is a prime example of a guy who’s used to women throwing themselves at him. I’ll be shocked if Ginuwine ever had a problem pulling girls before the fame. Unfortunately, NBAyoungboy been getting girls. Trey Songz seems like he always kept an attractive woman on his arms. Some guys just have an energy about them that lets you know who they were before the fame.
