Joe Cocker wrote only a few songs in his life and it was always with somebody else, so most of the songs were covers or songs that have been written especially for him, but every song he performed he made it as his own, that was his speciality with his special and unique voice, i saw a few tracks from this show in berlin and it seems to me that it was a great show, i never saw Joe Cocker live in real life, i have only a few regrets in my life, not seeing Joe Cocker live is one of them, he was phenomenal, thanks for sharing.

I was first introduced to Joe and his music as one of the diminishing crowd of people at Woodstock in 1969 'With A Little Help From My Friends.' I was 16 y/o and it was a defining moment in my life. I'm now 69 y/o and will stick with him until it's my time to go join him in the here after. He was and will always be a one-of-a-kind rocker. N'Oubliez Jamais, Joe. 'Never forget'

..damn, just LOVE that scream!.. :)...pretty damn good here for his age..I hadn't seen any of his later performances before..he's got the Phil Collins hair look going on here..I'm more accustomed to seeing him with his unruly curly locks of the 1970's-early 1990's...Joe's kind of like Michael McDonald, in that it's hard to understand what he's singing, and almost always has female background singers to sing some of the lyrics more clearly so at least you know what they are singing about..only, Michael's singing is pure silk..and Joe's is pure gravel!.. :)
