I'm not very savvy with VSTs and plugins, but for that effect with the pedal do you have to manually do it with the mouse when recording, or is there any way to hook up an actual pedal to it in order to use it as an input for the pitch shift pedal? Like when Djent/Deathcore bands do their pitch shifting shenanigans on the go, is that a Midi pedal you hook up?

What I love about the brothers Duplantier is that they might not seem super virtuosic at first glance, but if you look at the details of their playing styles, you quickly realise just how unique and precise they are in what they do. Joe and Mario are absolute mad lads and deserve all the recognition and praise in the world.
@jez_7711 ай бұрын
Well, with Joe I agree, but for any drummer Mario is instantly an obvious virtuoso. I dont know any drummer who doesnt consider Mario one of the very best in the world right now

@@jez_77 Listen, i'll give credits where it's due. Mario is an amazing drummer but to claim that every drummers considers him to be at the top of the best is absolutely laughable. Not saying so because of Mario's skill level, he is a great drummer but you can't compare a purely and strictly metal drummer to say dudes like Jojo Mayer, Virgil Donati, Vinnie Colaiuta, Thomas Pridgen, Marco Minneman, etc... Please go listen to fusion for years and then come back to me and try to convince me now of your previous claims.
@jez_7711 ай бұрын
@@AChadWardenProduction Plot twist, Mario was originally a jazz drummer for several years and he was in jazz school so he can play fusion as well easily. While also being god tier metal drummer. He is one of the best in what he is doing, no question

I just got the guitar in the video for $899 it is AMAZING omg. I love Gojira but I didn’t get the guitar for that reason it just checks all the boxes of a super high end guitar for less than $1000 and plays like a $2000 guitar. I love Charvel but I cannot stand tremolo bridges and most of their guitars have some kind of tremolo that I never use and that are a headache sometimes when changing strings. The TOM style bridge in this guitar is perfect and I love the simple controls just one volume knob that’s moved away from the playing area so it never gets in the way. If you don’t have this guitar get your shit together and buy one NOW!
