Not paying Boldin and not putting effort into replacing oft injured/disastrously injured Pitta, and just not boosting the offense was just a criminal non-move by the Ravens front office. It cost them about two runs at another SB and created an apathetic, indifferent QB. They will never make that non-move again, as witnessed by the way they gear up Lamar Jackson with weapons. .... Bittersweet memories.

Ravens office never drafted WRs in first 3 rounds unless their back was against the wall which caused them to reach for a bust at WR like Perriman and Max Williams at TE. Ravens don’t draft a WR in first 2 rounds in WR rich 2014 then reach 4 Perriman in 2015. While missing on Diggs who played in their yard. Because drafting 2 receivers in one draft was against their rules. Unless it was a suck draft for receivers like 2015

Boldin was an absolute baller, massively underrated. Ravens really haven't had a good #1 "go up and get it" receiver in quiet some time; the few they did acquire were veterans from other teams (Boldin, Steve Smith Sr., Derrick Mason,).
