This is beautiful and a stellar way for me to procrastinate without feeling guilty about watching crappy videos because this is far from crap. Never stop playing piano :) You have the all-to-rare ability to capture the essence of each song you perform. You never simply play notes, you feel them. That's something many musicians can only hope to do.

I wasnt bored AT ALL! This almost made me cry, i recently moved from my country for good and left the people I love, the things I threasure as well as my piano, this song kept me thinking on all of that, second by second, I just loved it so much I could hear this every single day. You are becoming my favorite pianist amongst Yanni. Thank you so much for those beautiful songs, I hope I could meet you someday and play at least as half as good as you do..

Hot damn, this was fantastish! I've listened to your rendition of Howl's Moving Castle a number of times, but this medley was entirely unique with the key changes and tempo moderations. THE BEST, though, was that smooth jazzy ending, where you kept doing trills and rolls and just kind of classing it up. Love it man, you inspire the hell out of me.

As pianist of 9 years, I've done my share of interpreting music to adapt to how I see it. Every pianist is entitled to his view on how a music can be played. In fact, as it was mentioned earlier, music shouldn't ever be stagnant. It's a dynamic art form, just like visual art. Arranging music is an art form on its own. It doesn't have to portray the same feel as the original. On the contrary, I've seen arrangements made that give feelings that are polar opposites from the original. Still awesome.

The simplicity in this one is rather alluring, and it makes this piece beautiful too... Not that I'm not a fan of your big and powerful arrangements, but these pieces sort of felt the need to be more delicate with, so I'm glad you took that approach when playing this extra long medley. XP

The reason Kyle is better than any half bit youtuber is due to his original interpretations on popular music.. If I want to listen to Comptine, or Kingdom Hearts Melodies in their standard form I'll listen to the original. Yes, on occasion sometimes his variations do contrast from the original, but that is what makes his uploads interesting and a delight to listen to. This, ironically despite your comment, is more faithful to the originals than most, and is very enjoyable imo..

There are people that I've seen live that play an hour plus of music, all from memory, missing maybe a few inner notes that most people wouldn't even notice weren't the right notes.
