that's some old school bodybuilding. Love it. none of the new generation of olympians and bb athletes that I follow talk about "exploding the weights" or explosive movements. Everything is either slow or "controlled" and everyone seems to be pursuing the perfect technique. This OG training is about getting strong and pretty.

You can work on your exercices with tempo on the concentric phase of the exercices, tempo on the excentric is kind of useless and consume too much energy for nothing
