​@@IanMacgilp I'm going to defend Andy here and say that six minutes of highlights is impressive, considering most of Marler's work around the breakdown is what I would describe as "invisible highlights." They're not going to make it into a five-minute package from Premiership Rugby, so Andy has probably had to sift through a plethora of full matches just to find what he needs. Whereas someone like Jonny May would be easy to research because tries ARE highlights. I make rugby tributes myself, so I hope this insight helps.

@@IanMacgilp a prop’s highlight reel is never going to be monumental, especially a prop who plays like Marler. I wouldn’t naturally have included every single scrum penalty or every counter ruck because it gets tedious then. Lots of games he came off the bench so wasn’t playing a huge amount of minutes and likewise if he started wouldn’t play the full 80 - if you think I’ve missed anything let me know👍🏻

I agree you should respect tradition, however world rugby puts too many rules in to elevate it while limiting a reaction from the opposition. You can't approach past the 10, in league the intensity of a war cry is much more palpable. Once again no disrespect to the haka

nah the haka is shit. lets all be real. you cant respond because the kiwis start shaking in their boots. i actually agree with him, not only that whats the fucking point, you make a big show and dance claim its tradition, and yet how many actual maori are in the squad? its patronizing and boring, also a spit in the face of every team that is forced to stand there and just accept it. Id also find it disrespectful, both as a maori and a non maori. Forcing those who arent my kin to do it, and seeing not only those who arent my kin doing it halfarsedly, but also that the opposition must just stand there like lemons. cant take the piss, cant turn your back, cant form a shape, cant ignore them. its pathetic heaven fucking forbid we just get on with the game. When was the last time we even saw a haka that was even entertaining to watch? Unlike others, i do mean full disrespect to it. dont lay down a challenge as you claim and prevent others from thrown down theirs
