Will Smith could have made a much more impactful statement about how to treat people if he would have stepped next to Chris put his arm around him and said, "I would like to explain to you and the world that my wife is suffering from Alopecia." He could have gone on to explain the impact of it on her life which would have served to bring understanding to the disease and those that have it and it would have been a positive, uplifting moment.
