As an ultra-runner I would like to state that Zach looks nothing like the other 99.9% of ultra-runners. I must admit he looks like he could do with some vitamin D but that just the way the dude looks. Just look runners like Jurek, Goggins, Dean K all look good and have been smashing it for years. Also Ultra-runners won't die any earlier, they'll be healthier than most people. I see runners at 24 hour races in there 50s 60s 70s still kicking ass. Some very ignorant comments.

@DiamorphineDeath4 жыл бұрын
That’s not a suitable thing in terms of objectivity there dude. Bitter could look in a negative way to you if he ate anything, and Courtney might look better if she ate low carb/high fat. Genetic aspects can make a huge difference, if he genetic profile looks different and allows her to remain more durable with dietary needs/wants, then why would Bitter have to conform to something not suitable for him because you think it would “make him look better.” Grow up brah

The sleep guy Joe just talked to said that the evidence currently points to bi-phasic sleep being how we're designed. I.e. we're meant to sleep at night and have a nap in the afternoon! In other words this guy was perfectly healthy and got worried about it, then arbitrarily decided his diet was the cause!

Said he was a complete asshole and every time he saw him he was bitching about how the trail was tearing up his feet... He also beat him by 45+ minutes in every race they ran in... At a certain point you have to ask yourself "is this really worth it?" Or "am I just a dumbass?"...
