I worked on stealths, so I have heard it all, and its refreshing to see the hearings actually taking place. They were very very interesting, and from all accounts, it seems like things are happening. the wheels are turning..and for yall above me saying that its fake bc of this or that....from someone, me..that has literally worked on special access projects..you get a classification level that you sign your life away to access. some classification levels dicapate at 20yrs, macv sog, some dont come with a shelf life... so you can Never discuss it, unless your in a scif. All that remains to see is if the gov doubles down, or actually starts the process of declass.

This seems like the norm when it comes to actual ufo sightings people have; that they most likely will never see anything like what they saw EVER again. Very rare to have a sighting. The funny thing is if you go to History Channel (their KZbin channel not their tv channel) one of the men in the Second Jet is detailing the same encounter. He gives details about the extra Objects seen on radar, he says they are in a V and the main craft is flying in the middle the V but does agree in that they were moving independently. The video of this on youtube (History channel) was uploaded Sept 25th 2019. I think Jaime missed that one 'This has never been heard before'

They do that at Burning Man too. I remember seeing a jet coming in silent and slow and I'm thinking, "Jesus hes gonna bomb the man" and right as he got over the "man" pointed the nose up and lit the afterburners, the man swayed, looked like it might crash down (which is what I am guessing they might have been attempting to do) as the jet went straight up. Incredibly loud. Fravor might think people freak out and think they saw a UFO, but that sound is unmistakable. This was in broad daylight. Good times.

Commander Fravor was on a 6-part PBS series called “Carrier” which was filmed during the deployment that the Nimitz went on right after the training mission where this encounter took place. On one episode, the Nimitz was doing air ops on seas that were pitching up to 30 ft. They ended up canceling the ops but then had to recover the planes that had already launched (and do it at night). Fravor took an F/A-18 up to refuel the jets that were having trouble getting back on the boat, and he was the last plane to get back on board. Trapped on his first try. He was a pretty bad ass aviator.

@@noway57 Rhinos doing tanking missions is a regular part of carrier air ops. Plenty of photos and videos of the process on the interwebs. They’ll usually put two (and as many as five) external tanks and a “hose-and-drogue” on the plane, and it refuels other planes the same way any other tanker would. That being said, the Navy is looking at shifting that mission to the MQ-25 UAV or the COD version of the V-22 Osprey to cut down on wear and tear on the F/A-18s.
