I pass out at the sight of blood, mine included, and needles. The technicians know to not let me see either and l will be fine! Had a baby at age 23, stood up 5 hours later, blood ran everywhere. Thank God there was a nurse in the room, when l came to, l was sitting on the pot, there were two nurses there now, one was running ice over my back and the other one was monitoring my heart rate and oxygen levels. They both told me not to get out of bed again unless a nurse was in the room! I also have to add that this was the only baby l could have, perfect pregnancy and labor. That was 42 years ago....still cannot tolerate blood or needles. 😂
