Phan Nguyen I think it was unanimous that GGG won, if anything at best. At "BEST" canelo might of tied on one scorecard but not even then. For him to say after the fight that he said he won 8 rounds at least shows how much of a prick he's become. My whole family and some of my friends are Canelo fans, and I used to like him. He lost his soul or heart because he used to be humble and not an arrogant bastard up until like 4 years ago or so. We all had GGG winning hands down and I was the only one who said "He's going to win." The decision might not matter to Rogan but to GGG and the many people who bet on the fight care. Most Mexicans are mestizo(European/Spanish and native Amerindian mixed race) But there are whites in Mexico too and Canelo is one of them. Who is predominantly European. They were hardly paying attention to the fight. And Joe was so far up GGG s ass just like everyone else who watched the fight. No one focused on how canelo had to fight a fucking brawler. Canelo was smart and adjusted. Maybe everyone is used to watching the UFC but you gotta educate yourself on the leveled that boxing has. The different styles. One was offensive while the other was defensive. Does one stile over rule another? No especially when you are countering. Canelo looked like Mayweather. GGG was supposed to ko canelo but couldn't even hurt him. Both had great chins. But the fight companions are all about having fun so why would I take what they say seriously

First thing I hear is Canelo excuses. Mayweather MADE Canelo and if they were to fight again and Mayweather took Canelo seriously he would beat him again. Canelo wasn't using head movement and defense until he fought Mayweather. If you're a champion beating grown men and already have over 40 wins with zero losses and was knocking grown men out so there is no excuse. Canelo went pro at 16 and fought Mayweather at 23. Canelo fought at that weight plenty of times and he's always fought guys smaller than him.

When was the last time you saw any fighter stand against the ropes with ggg a dozen times or more and not get knocked out., Destroyed or catch a killer body shot to the liver. I'll answer that: never:. Triple slow could not hurt or hardly hit canelo. Let alone knock him out. Triple slow was concerned about taking more punishment than he already had taken & so he would not go to the body or over commit because, he knew he would take more big shots than he could give it out. Lastly, if triple g couldn't take out an exhausted canelo, he will lose easier to canelo next time
