Rehabbing my neck with this now, declined surgery a few years ago and began suffering loss of function in left arm and cardiac arrythmias from the nerves being pinched. The results have been almost instant and quite drastic. Well worth the cost.

To folks talking about the high price tag: I"m with you. I can't afford that shit either, but I would like to temper the conversation by saying that with ANYthing involving your neck, you want a quality product. You want an easy-to-use, flexible, durable, and *very*intelligently designed product. What you want is to generally spend your $ wisely so you CAN splurge when it comes to the important stuff. I believe the Iron Neck to be that. I intend to purchase one when I can. In the meantime, there are other options you can explore that you may very well find to be perfectly satisfactory.
@visiblemode Жыл бұрын
Yep. Even their standard harness blows the cheap ones out of the water. It’s night and day. Yes you can get a cheap one for like $20, but they slip, they move, they’re uncomfortable and the fit is terrible, you have to constantly keep a hand on it and you can’t focus properly on progressive resistance. Iron Neck’s harness is like $90, but completely worth it. Have one of these on the way now, too. Don’t skimp on equipment, especially for your neck.

yeah but $425? Come on. Henry Ford was famous for saying when he was asked how much they could charge for a car, at what price can I sell one of these to EVERYONE? Not, how much can I gouge out of a few people... Get this down to $100-$125 and you'll have yourself a market otherwise we can rig something up on our own that will work just fine. I'm not discrediting what you've done here, I think it's great. It's just unrealistic to charge that much. I own a gym and would love to have 1 or 2 of these but this is crazy.

Hey Zidan, head harness are certainly effective at increasing neck strength. Where Iron Neck differs is in it's ability to train your neck and core in all body positions and help improve neck mobility and range of motions. Head harnesses, like 4-way neck machines are limited to two planes of movement, front to back and side to side. You can learn more about Iron Neck at www.iron-neck.com

Zidan Mozumder you could also buy a “decades old” car for a much cheaper price than a new one!! But maybe you don’t get power windows, seats, keyless entry, Bluetooth, nor any other modern safety and convenience improvements that come with ongoing innovation. With time, we learn to improve. If you cannot afford an iron neck right away, I get it- use what fits in your budget to show the neck muscles some love. But if you’re a fan of perpetual growth, then maybe take Joe’s advice, see the real value, set aside money, have patience, and get you an iron neck💯

I can guarantee you look at all research online about rotational exercises for the neck and there is no support for it. There price point as well is insane. I am releasing a product for neck strengthening and I have the scientific and anatomy background and biomechanical aspects for a neck strengthening device that I have the support from medical professionals even oncologists for my device.
