Every gym should have this! I asked about something to exercise my neck at my boxing gym and an instructor dug this out! I asked was it used much and he said mostly the Gym owner, a retired MMA fighter. But now it will be me also as I want to train up my neck strength before starting the contact classes. Seeing as I am 63 now I need to be smart about my training.

I have mine for my home gym. Been going to the chiropractor to get my neck adjusted for years. Not going to cut out my chiropractor visits. But I know it needs more stability.

@@srt8up4shot it is definitely worth it, after a year of using it three times a week, it’s helped a lot. Head harnesses are nice, but you’re restricted on the planes of motion you can, but with this it hits all of them.

I was pumped when I heard about the iron neck and then I saw how much it costs. It makes no sense that this thing is that expensive. It's a bummer honestly bc it looks like it could rly help but there's just no way I'm paying that much.

you can use the stack if you want or just hook on and use the bungee cord resistance

I was wondering the same thing. I have upper cervical instability that causes a dizzy feeling. To me it seems if the neck is unstable then strengthening it would help.

Yes, it builds up neck and some upper shoulder muscles causing you to stand with better posture simply because they're stronger. Just be sure to stand with good posture while you use the devise.

I believe you are wrong, most people are weak in the front of the neck and strong in the back of the neck, common sense that the back becomes overworked from constantly holding the head up from looking down at your phone all day.
