I believe Theo is a true admirer of Joe and holds him in such a high regard as he stated at the end…he’s like the dry cleaner’s information cycles around and comes back neatly wrapped in a nice package. He respects Joe almost as a younger child looks up to his BIG brother…ya’know? I just watched Theo pour his heart out about him being raised as a child - his dad being elderly and his mom not caring/showing him love - I was getting geared up watching him wipe away tears. He is really learning about himself that he is good enough and that it’s ok to fail and then learn like Joe said. Bravo Mr Von and hats off to both of you. Two of thee best casts I’ve ever watched. The last topic about dealing with regret and self improvement really hit home with me. I am now 41 years old and it took me until about 3 years ago to really realize that you have the rest of your life to live and to learn from mistakes to become a better person. Listen, Joe may not apease to all of the masses but, the man has taught me to think differently and its been such a great experience for me. I hope that everyone can find that inner peace.

probably the best compliment for a humble guy. If Joe is as humble he projects himself to be, that is peak. Theo just told him even if he has been doing comedy for a long time now, he is still getting better. Compare yourself only to different versions of yourself, And yeah, Theo has always been a humble and kind guy. It was also a way to praise someone without putting others comic down. I have yet to see a video of him putting down other comics just because.

He talked about regretting not developing a closer relationship with his father before he passed away because he was 70 when he was born and the age gap made him a little ashamed of his father. And he seems to have felt a lot of guilt over that as he got older and developed a different perspective. Idk about him being selfish, I think he's hilarious nonetheless, but he's human just like everyone else.

Absolutely love that Theo is giving listeners options to get help for addiction. Especially knowing he’s struggled with it in the past. Love that he’s feeling better on that note too but as someone who’s struggled with drug addiction in the past, having someone that you love and look up to speak on issues that he understands as well is really cool and meant a lot to me personally. Sometimes it’s hard to know how to get out and it can feel very isolating. Super cool. Absolutely love Theo

I love how Theo talks to Jamie and includes him, not just references him like he's in the background. He actually gets him involved. And joe actually seems to not mind when this happens. He goes along, and asks questions. I just think no other guests think they can reference Jamie. So they don't. But Theo does. Which really is wonderful. It is the joe rogan experience. But it wouldn't be what it is, and a smooth machine without Jamie. He deserves to be spoken to and treated with respect.

I think it's his quickness it gets me every time, people tell me I'm funny for whatever that's worth and he gets me laughing in the most original ways I've ever heard. I used to listen to comedy for 8+ hours a day working and sleeping from home. You know Theo's brain was thinking about what kinda magazines he would grab. He'd be getting Good Housekeeping, R/C Cars mag, and Cosmopolitan, cuz he'd be wanting to take the Cosmo quizzes, like, Are You a Good-girl or a Bad-girl? He wouldn't grab a damn thing that could help him in The Purge. 😆

Theo is one of the most naturally funny people I have ever heard. He just has a way about the things he says, and really just how he says it, are things that make it impossible not to laugh out loud!
