I still wouldn't be surprised if they could. When I grew outdoor weed in Cali just north of San Andreas I used some mennonite plumbers to hook up my 60x40 garage so I could make it into a house. They also dug and installed a second well. They did my runoff collection areas so it could get pumped and cleaned to my reservoir. They accept cash. They choose to get paid at the end of the day for what they did/bought that day. They give estimates but these dudes always finished under estimates. They also bought all my stems/branches and any organic soil I was replacing. They make hemp cloth and lotions/soaps. That was a lot of back story to relate to the joke but the dad. Came by maybe once a week when his sons and nephews worked. These 3 to 5 dudes who worked were all 16 yrs or younger. 2 were fully licensed/insured Journeyman plumbers. The coolest thing was that anything not electric or a machine they used for work was hand made leather or black smithed steel. I made a half azzed request for belt when I complimented their stuff. The one kid legit made me one. 2 ply and triple stitched. He stamped in Semper [EGA symbol] Fidelis..I never talked to any of them about being a veteran, he just seen my tattoos and knew I was a marine. I tried throwing him a 100 bucks but he denied it. I even tried giving it to his dad for him..denied. lil house on the Prarie seems hella funny to people who grew up in a city but you can't help bust respect them for living way our founders did to get us here.
