Joe Rokocoko - The Legendary Rocket Man

Joe Rokocoko was an awesome rugby player. I thought his All Black career would last longer than it did, but boy, what an impact he made in international rugby. He scored a staggering 46 test tries in 68 tests for the All Blacks and plenty more for the the Blues in Super Rugby before moving to France in 2011.
We had plenty of fun digging up this footage and we hope you enjoy this tribute to an All Black legend.

It is hard to wear New Zealand jersey number 11 and be great. Rokocoko Muliaina Howlett - No team had such equally great back row. Jason Robinson was better then they were but Ben Cohen and Josh Lewsey were not and this trio of All Blacks was incomparable. Great wing Rokocoko.

Appreciate the footage is older and the game has changed but I feel its still so vital to have midfielders that can do it all i.e. Mauger/Tana and a back 3 who are hungry i.e. Howlett, Mils and Joe were so active. Shaun Stevenson is literally the only winger that reminds me of Joe. Still need to get the ABs backline sorted, right now its 'too safe'.
