I would also like to see a video on the hand toss! 99.9% of the time I attempt a hand toss, my follow does a turn in the direction of the toss.

Thanks! genius. Some follows gets that lead when I do it and some don't. I realize I'm not being clear. I'll attempt the short breaks and stop in momentum.
