Why split video? Took me a while to find this one. I think you loose alot of viewers by doing this.

I split the videos up for targeted consumption. 1-2 topics per video allows for people to tune into the majority, if not all of the video without checking out. However, if you want to listen to the whole episode you can always visit any of the podcast apps. Please keep in mind, the time it takes to edit these videos. A 10 minute clip could have otherwise been 20 minutes long in some cases with all the "and like", "um", "you know" etc. In essence I aim to save the listener time and to offer a pleasant viewing/listening experience. With all the requests and as the channel continues to grow, the goal will be to release FULL edited episodes. Until then, I appreciate your patience! PS, so you don't miss any videos, if you haven't already done this, you can head on over to the channel and use the search box to type in any guest. All the videos will come up. - Kenny

Joel is one of the few that actually doesnt really care about the fame and money and says things how they are. I also never use protein powder because if you also look on the ingrediënts there are a bunch of weird stuff int here that your body doesnt need.

All of the legit companies use cGMP facilities and 3rd party testing, along with NSF certifications. So, yes, you actually do know what is in the tub of protein you buy. Supplements have come a long way since the 90s and 2000's. Plus, New Zealand has some of the best whey protein on the planet. Sorry Joel but you are not very well informed.

Well if protein shakes haven't been important to him for all these recent years, well good for him. I don't think most of us should cut out protein powders just because he does

Probably a silly question but is it actually safe to eat raw eggs? 😅 I’m gonna try it but don’t fancy getting poorly haha

Dude this is so weird like I always feel better while training fasted or on 0 carbs but science suggests that I should eat insane amounts of that stuff which I never really did but even if I try I just get lazy and sleepy. Maybe it is not supposed to be like that since I see powerlifters literally carrying candy with them to give fast power during events but the reality is I can not use carbs as needed just like this guy.

The question is how hard are you training? If you're truly training intense you'll feel much better with some carbs sandwiched around your workout. If you want to see true training intensity, just watch Dorian Yates training footage and gauge from that.

@@AZ-gs6hj The thing is how am I supposed to train harder when it takes away my energy. I'm doing basic bodybuilding routines with 30 second- 1 minute rest between sets. Maybe taking carbs day before workout will work better to fill up glycogen stores or maybe I need to change sources of carbs idk. There are so many things to take into consideration I'm always getting lost with nutrition. I do change stuff to try new things but always end up coming back to low carb high fat foods since they are comfortable for my stomach.
