@@tylergordon7579 I'm a dedicated Bengals fan, and for me I kind of want Young (being a OSU student may definitely help with the bias) but honestly, I don't think a new QB is going to be much of an upgrade over Andy Dalton at all. The problem isn't the QB (he isn't great, but he's more than serviceable). No QB would succeed behind our line this year. When I see Chase Young, I see a game changer, the kind of talent you can't pass up on. I'm not really sold on any of these QBs either. I'd prefer they take Chase Young, give Dalton another year, see how he does with Jonah Williams + AJ Green back, maybe trade Carlos Dunlap this offseason to make room for Young & Hubbard as edge starters and try to get some more help on the offensive line. Cut Bobby Hart at that also. Joe Mixon's a good RB but he has nothing to work with this year. If they aren't good, then trade up to take a QB (Lawrence if possible, even if it means giving up a lot of picks). We'll see, I just don't feel like any of the current QBs are really the guy thus far. And yeah, 49ers run game has been excellent thus far. Bosa is definitely a team changer though for them.

Burrows is legit but the LSU defense is somewhat underperforming but that is probably a product of the fast pace high scoring offense which seems to always come with that style of play ,example ,big 12 and pac12 football

I'm an Alabama fan and I totally agree with Joel on the points he made about Tua. In the entire career of Nick Saban i've never seen a QB of his as fragile and prone to break down when faced with stiff competition. Its strange. He showed his fight in the second half of that LSU game but after that first fumble on the first drive it was over. You have to score first and score often in a shootout.

It's easy to explain, when teams are undeservedly placed high in the polls for no reason, then barely drop in the polls when they beat each other because of their imagined "elite status," and have 3 teams placed in the top 5 for whatever reason, it's inevitable that conference will get two teams in. that's why it's being set up the way it is. that's why the BCS brainchild(old SEC commissioner) wouldn't agree to a 4-team playoff unless he knew for sure the SEC would always have an edge over other conferences.
