Great in depth video, one thing I found weird is there's no parking. If you're paying that much for a place like this with all the amenities and you get no parking that's pretty odd. I would also think the average person buying a residence would typically have more than 1 car.

A dream to be able to have both ocean and downtown balcony views!

The rumor is that those who bought condo units when they first announced this project are up by 3-4x on their investment already. Insane.

Good video on the projects in the downtown area and I actually thought Club Space was going to close but unfortunately that's not the case. However, seems like E11even has quite the influence and the way things seem like they will turnout this will be one of the most ambitious projects yet and hopefully is a sign of what is to come in the future for the area. Personally, I don't know if I would consider the hotel in the future but I do like seeing progress as long as things are heading in the right direction which nobody knows what the future brings but maybe giving it the benefit of the doubt we will see things go in the right direction. I hope you continue with these videos because information is power and tbh the media doesn't address any of this but then again who keeps up with the media these days? Look forward to your next video!!

I parked a U-hal truck at that location a year ago. So much has changed. I remember a realtor that toured the hotel layout.

If it’s a Vegas style hotel, will it also have a casino too? 🤔

Where do they plan on people parking their cars I can only imagine it's gonna be $500 a night to stay there and then you're gonna have to probably pay another $60 a night to park your car

My buddy went to Space a day or so ago for their opening weekend so Space is already open He said it didn’t change much, just “quality of life improvements” but idk what that means lol
